Where does Cat Obsessions ship?
Cat Obsessions ships to the following countries:
- North America: United States, Canada, Mexico
- Europe: United Kingdom, Ireland, France, Germany, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Belgium, The Netherlands, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Austria, Monaco, San Marino, Greece, Croatia
- Oceania: Australia, New Zealand
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free!
Do I have to pay duties and taxes?
We cover duties and taxes for all shipments purchased on www.catobsessions.com. You will not have to pay additional fees beyond the product price.
How long will delivery take?
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
- Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer processes the orders, which takes an additional 2–4 days.
- Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. International delivery usually takes about 15–30 business days. US orders are shipped by ePacket, which is a US Postal Service product. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7 and 14 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.
What if I refuse delivery?
Refused packages—and those that are not received due to negligence on the part of the recipient—are refunded once received by our warehouse, less the cost of shipping to and from the destination country, as well as any applicable duties and taxes.
What's your return policy?
If you're not happy for any reason, you may return full-price items within 30 days of receiving the order, provided that the items are unused and in original condition, including all original packaging. We are not able to offer returns on items sold at a discount. We also do not offer returns on products marked "final sale".
What's the return process?
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

The costs associated with the return are the responsibility of the customer. You can ship with the carrier of your choice. For your safety, make sure to get a tracking number so that you are protected in the event of theft or loss during delivery to us.
